My I-140 was received by INS on Oct 15, 2002. EB2. I haven't heard anything from BCIS

A web tracking system for VSC has been down for while. I don't know why. Does anybody know about that? The web addresss is http://instrack.sce.net . Any clue provided to here will be appreciated.

EB2 - NIW RD 10/10/2002 ND 10/15/2002 AD ??? I haven't filed anything beyond that. My question is why VSC have such big gap comparing with CSC. Is something wrong over there?

I absolutely agree with you. There are something wrong in Vermont that we don't know. Looking at EB1 and NIW case, seem there are nobody processing those case since March, 2002.

Look at California processing date. There are obviously some wrong in Vermont. We need to get up to fix this big problem. I strongly support to file a petiton to VSC to speed up their working, especially for EB1 and EB2 NIW. There are a big unbelievable gap over there.

My NIW information is EB21 RD 10/10/2002 ND 10/15/2002 AP Pending The current proccessing date for NIW is 4/5/2002. I want to know anybody got an approvement since Mar 2002 so that we are able to track. Thanks.:o
