Hi, I heard from two different people that the USCIS is now allowing employment-based green card holders to apply for citizenship up to 6 months before the 5th year. Is this true? Am I taking any big risks in doing this? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks--- GM

I applied for my I-140 (E) on August 21st 2002 and the TSC table says they're processing files from September!!! Does anyone know what this could be? :confused: What should I do? Just keep waiting? I've tried to call them but it's impossible to get through. Thanks a lot, Gabriel
