I think they are still working on I-140 Hi, I don't know what's going on with TSC. My case online also shows processing time 275-300 days before getting approved. Maybe TSC is still working on I-140, just haven't update the processing time. My lawyer told me that their attorney at law still...

Is there anyone get I-140 approved based on NIW for I-140 and 485 cocurrent filing in Sep., 2002? Based on the website, I-140 (NIW) in Texas Center didn't go on for almost four months and even go back one month. What's going on?
