Changing job while the derivative case is still pending.
Hi, I got my I485 approved through my employer 6 months ago. But, my wife's I485 is still pending. We applied together. I am the pricipal applicant and she the derivative one. Information Needed for Special Registration
I went to the local INS office for Special Registration last Friday. Everything went out well. At the end of the interview, she told me lots of dos and don'ts. I couldn't remember all of them. Now, my big question is "When do I have to re-register?" Is it after 1 month, or after 1 year? SMR- smr289
