My wife received her card. My online message still shows FP received status. I got my passport stamped on 05/20/2004

In Philadelphia they did GC stamping first.

I paid $1000 for my complete I-485. That inclued all the processing like AC21 ,RFE Address change. May be you need to change your attorney

Just reply to RFE I am not sure BCIS officer will to that deep verification on 180 days using W2. IF they do you are unlucky. Just rely your RFE. Also try applying Canadian GC or H1 Just in case if you don't want to go back to your country.

I got it done You should have same qualifcation as described in LC. They asked me W2 and company's ability to pay. But it took long time. (It used to take 3 months to get I-140 mine took 9 months). Hope this helps

I agree with Tasse We also have to write why Just AP and EAD is not sufficient. Don't write about stealing the jobs from US workers. If congressman or any body asks about stealing job you can write that as a counter punch. I will post my letter on this thread for you suggestions.

Who is this Congressman ? How did you contact this person? If you give all the details of your correspondence, we all can send a mail to him/her. If more guys write to this Congressman, it might have better effect.
