What is the reason for denial ?
MTR typically takes a good chunk of time - dont know but believe its more than a couple of months - ( I may be wrong though )
Four TR-RIR conversion request sent on March 23,2007. Three got approved on 6th April and the last one got approved on 9th April. All cases have a PD of March'2005 ( 1st to 3rd week ).
All the cases are in my company - not sure if these guys have an entry in tracker or not.

You need to check with your lawyer. Just because your labor is approved, doesnt mean that you are allowed to change job location. In some cases, even though its a change from one county to another, if the job markets are very similar ( lawyers are the best people to prove it ), you may be able...
What you need to port your PD via I-140 is a copy of the approval notice of the I-140. The Original I-140 approval is not required - but a copy of the approval will do so.
Some companies do share the paperwork and some folks have been lucky enough - although if you are working in a big...
I've a feeling it will be a close call. Both the BECs are approving RIR cases with timeframe of 2004. In another 4 months or so, they would be completely done with RIR cases - yes, there would be a few people who would be stuck but it would be a small percentage only - some percentage would...

For 2 -> Yes, you can port your PD since you have an approved I-140. The process for this would be i) File a new...
The testlabor site is actually a test site and has made up data. The other site www.pbls.doleta.gov/pbls_pds.cfm is the correct one. Your labor case seems to be CLOSED. Talk to your lawyer. Somehow your case is closed and its better you talk to your lawyer ASAP.
This is a repeated thread and thus I am closing it out. In the future please follow the one that has already been established which is serving the same purpose.

Three of my colleagues had filed for their labor in March'2005 (somewhere between 20th and 25th March'2005 ). Two of them got their 45 day letter. The letters were dated 10 days back. The third one is still waiting.
Dont know the #s or anything more about these cases. The cases are EB3 -...
Nviren,
I have faced the same situation. I had two RFEs at the state level and one of them was exactly the same as you got. My lawyer replied similar to what has been written below and it was accepted.
I'm sure you would get through this as well - you will be surprised by how nicely...
Can we have a quick headcount to see if ALL of these people are STILL waiting for their labor or some of them have either received it or abandoned the process or if ALL of these people are really STILL waiting.
As for me, I'm from Nov'02 and am somehow hanging on to my job - being in EB3 -...
