medical I-693 form I called the clinic that i went to and asked for a copy of my I-693 form. They told me that they will be sending me a copy of the form. Is that sufficient or do I still need to re-do? As far as I know medical is valid for entire I-485 process. Please advise.

3rd FP Edison_NJ - I received my 3rd FP notice on 12/8 03 from vermont and received another FP on 1/12/04 from newark. Apparently, the appt date for FP for both notices is on 1/27/04. However, I have completed my 3rd FP on 1/12/04, before I received the newark FP notice.
