to gcFunwaiting The INS address is not actually printed on the envelope, it only appeared through the window. I am not sure whether the FP mail had the address printed on the envelope. I guess as the envelope did not specify any restrictions on forwarding I think USPS will forward it...

Medical : As far as I know, Medical Examination records are valid for one year and it counts only when they are submitted to INS. So it should not matter if it expires after INS receives them. -jericho02

Yes I think.... your case has been transfered to Boston Local INS office. As far as the timeframe to receive the Interview letter, it may be anytime from 2 weeks to 6 months. Well this is from hear say. You can never predict the way INS work. -jericho02.

Congrats As far as I know one can use H1/ AP to travel till I-485 is pending. Once I-485 is approved, all valid non-immigrant visa would become void. If a person was already outside the US when the case was approved then they can enter the US with their H1/AP status and get their passport...
