Please post here if you had an APPROVAL or LUD activity since the last FP, even after being told by either TSC or FBI that NC or Security Check is pending. I am trying to get a sense of how significant and/or reliable this information is.

According to the new GRAND BARGAIN rumor, the new law will not increase EB quota and instead replace EB Green Card system with Merit/point based one. Big question is what happens to existing pending cases? Do we get shunted to the new system with new PDs or carry over the PDs or the EB cases...
