I also got RFE for my application filed on in Nov 2002. My lawyer replied to it on Jul 31,2003 and since then he has not heard anything from philly regional office or delaware DOL. I have no idea why DOL requested RFE. Kishore

Thats true my RFE from DE DOL was replied on Jul 31 and still its lying with labor department.

Guys...According to my lawyer , RFE for my case was answered on July 31,2003 ( case filed in Nov 2002) and still application is lying with DOL.

Still no updates.

Query I got query for my application filed on Nov 12,2002. My lawyer answered that query on Jul 31,2003 and havent heared anything since then. patelks.

My lawyer called me yesterday and told me that my case has a query from DOL asking for more information. Mine was filed on Nov 12,2002 under RIR. I dont have detail information from lawyer. patelks

My PD is Nov 12. I called my Lawyer yesterday, they didnt hear anything from Philly.

Mine is Nov 12 and is already in Tracker. I have seen posting from other guy who was also in Nov but never updated in Tracker. So guys with Nov dates, please update tracker. -patelks
