smitgg1, I just spoke to my lawyer. I got the same RFE you got. They want proof of maintenance of status. It took 7days to reach my lawyer.

I have changed my color to RFE status.

smitgg1, I am also in the same boat. According to my on-line status my RFE issued on 04/29/04. Not yet received by my lawyer or me. I will update once I get the letter.

ManiG, I didn't call anyone. My iEAD might have triggered TSC. I am not sure though.

goastros, My current one expired on 04/17/04. On 04/08/04 I went to local office and got my iEAD, which is valid up to 12/08/04. It is not 04/12/08. I corrected it. Thanks "goastros" for pointing it.

Hi all, I just checked my eEAD (ND/RD 12/29/03) on-line status. It got approved on 04/20/04. On-line message: On April 20, 2004, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.
