Time difference in Concurrent Filing
Concurrent filing not mandatory I filed my I-140 at NSC on 11/7. Got LIN# within two weeks. Prepared all paperwork and filed my EAD, AOS and AP on 1/4/03. I got RFE for my I-140 on 1/7. It took 10 days for my lawyer to get the exact details of the RFE which he is still mulling over. He...- amolvb

What is Notice Date? :confused: What is this Notice Date and when does one get it? The INS Case Status Online just tells me that they received my I-140 application on Nov. 7th. So that means my RD (Receipt Date) is Nov. 7th. What is my Notice Date? What do I need to do to get it?- amolvb
