Finally, I got the plastic card on 07/16/2004 , stamping done around feb 26,2004. Thanks for all the support this forum has given. Hope all get their GC's soon . But, seriously, was happy for two days, after that, same old routine, and same life, haha.Theres mental relaxation.

My PP stamping done on Feb 27,2004. card ordered on July 7, 2004. It takes time.

New Status message today :-) On July 7, 2004, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

sb_tiger, My home address is in southern CA and was working for a client here. However , my first company that filed green card was located in New York. Hence the filing center was VSC.

Thanks. Mine was filed at VSC, stamping done in San Bernardino,CA. I called INS, the lady told the case got transferred. But, I told, I got approved already. She put on hold to talk to an officer and the line got cut. I checked the status today and I found the new message. Looks like...

Hi, Congrats!! It depends on time . Usually its abt 1 - 12 months. But, never know. As for me, I got approved on Feb 2004 and stamped, but online status shows now the they recvd. my I-485 application on June 15 !! No card yet.

Employer cannot revoke if I-485 > 6months of filing. I heard there is one company called Intermdia grp who threaten employees like these.

Hi thecrown007, Believe me, I know my notice date is 4/16/02, but my RD is somewhere around 4/2/2002. Its a bug in my signature here. I am correcting it right away after this message. By the way to all of you, AC-21 documents reached immigration on Feb 9,2004. phew, too close.

Hi Friends, My green card got approved today Feb 11. My details in the signature. My lawyer just sent the change of employer notice to the immigration on Feb 10. I know they would not have got it yet, donno whether it will be a problem now.
