Out of status??
I dont get paystubs from my employer. However the employer is paying me a salary in India where I worked previously.I have pay stubs for my indian salary, which I believe does not matter in this case?Am I right? Thanks, RajVG- RajVG

Out of status??
I came to the US on a H1-B in June 2002. My company, payed me on a per dieum basis instead of putting me on payroll (as promised on the offer letter).
