My case was approved today.. Lawyer called me now and told me that she received my approval notice. My RD is 08/21/2001. Changed the job before 180 days.. RFE on 10/28/2002 for employment letter and birth affidavits. RFE received by INS on 12/10/2002. AD: don't know the extact date...

My RD is 08/2001. RFE issued 10/28/2002. RFE received by INS on 12/10/2002. IIO said,Your case was assigned to the officer. The Officer has 100's of backlog cases on his desk. It may take 2 weeks to 4 months for my case to be approved. I think he is reasonable and I got to believe him..:cool:

MEDICAL RIP OFF.... Some of The INS certified are big cheaters.. They want to you to come to them again so that they will give you another round of immunizations and will charge you like you anything.. Better go to another INS certified Physician:rolleyes:
