Original Laywer changed for EAD I've filed AC21 after 180 days for I-485 thru a new lawyer. Can I use the old laywer for the my I-765 renewal OR do I 've to use the same lawyer? My old employer has already paid for all the EAD renewal.

First EAD pending over 90 days My EAD is pending over 90 days at TSC. The RD for this is Dec 11.,2006 I-140 online status shows approved and approval notice sent. Does this mean name check is cleared? AP I got in 2 weeks. What are my options EAD? Will INFOPASS help in my situation...

EAD is still pending I filed my papar based EAD along with 485 on Dec.6 RD is Dec.11 2006 I've not yet recieved yet.I-140 is approved within a 50 days. AP approved in 2 weeks. But no EAD yet. Any idea what could be the reason?

Even if you are in 7 th year extension still H1 should br good to the period it was approved for the 7 th year,even if underlying LC got denied. Now infact you should be able to file thru PERM and get LC cleared nicely in 45-60 days. Talk to a good lawyter and see if you can plan applying thru...

I don;t think that is true, This is in contrast to the following, 1.>"DOL staff working at Dulles and Philly is transferred to BEC". 2.>"All Philly DOL cases are entered in BEC." I think both are from Murthy../ Besides if they have to maintain FIFO they have to consider DOL cases also.

Tomshu OR akela, Can somebody find out who will receive the letters, employer OR lawyer? This will be helpful, also is there any wat to figure out if the letter has been sent for the case OR not? , a tel number OR a website?

Any order they follow? The letter was rcvd by some one in this forum, whose dat of received at Philly was Oct,03. I'm sure that there are people waiting from July,03. So I was expecting they will receive the letters. But doesn't look like any order is being followed.

Where are letters I thought the DOL letters will be sent in hundreds ,though not in thousands. But looks like very few lucky guys have received these so called confirmation letters from backlog reduction/elimination centres. ANy updates ?

Hope DOL updates the tel line status with "letter sent" OR something like that instead of just received. So that we can follow up with our employer / lawyer.
