    Mine 140 & 485 Feb 12th 2003 FP july 2003 again got FP letter for Nov 16th... RFE for 140 , TSC recieved my response on Oct 19th 2004.. Dont know when they are going to approve my I-140... By any chance do you which officer send ur RFE ??? Thank You
