Thanks. My stay is temporary in nature in canada. I was meanining about citizenship requirement, whether time since GC, i.e., mar 2003, will I be eligible in 2008 or my clock starts again in 2007 when I return to US. Law says if out for > 1 year breaks continuity of presence, I was wondering...

re entry permit Guys, Thanks for replying. Well again conflicting answers. I guess best would be to apply for one. But as long as I visit usa frequently ( 3-6 months), does the clock keep ticking for naturalization purposes. Thanks for the suggestions.

NWD Dec Interview Dear Vratta, Is delhi already assigning Dec interviews. I called them last night, they said right now they are doing only Nov, and Dec appointments will not be made until after 10th Nov. What email did you use, may be I could send them an email aswell. Thanks

I am sorry, HPSA is health professional shortage area. Physicians are required to work for 5 yrs in HPSA to get NIW(national interest waiver) based gc

I think P4 in general has all info, usly directed to immigrants, i.e., family based etc originating in the home country. I confirmed with US consulate in NWD, for those going from US, need only PCC from Indian embassy here.
