I got the birth certificate inquiry. I replied back to them in OCT. I am not sure if that is considered as RFE. Still waiting to hear back from them. Thanks

I had an inquiry about the birth certificate too but I was able to get the letter from district Municipal corporation. I didn't submit the affidevit document. I am hoping that should suffice the purpose.

I have had the same issue but I was able to get the certificate from district municipal corporation. I sent it to the last week.

Does it mean that everything else is ok other than my birth certificate issue? Or can they send you another inquiry after other?

I had posted this earlier. I got an Birth Certificate RFE and provided more information. The message say, it takes 360 to 540 days to process this type of case. I have filed my I485 in Sep. 01. Any idea how long does it takes to process this type of cases? I am worried about another 540 days...
