How do you know you got FP2 Does it show on the status page that they have send a request for FP2. How do you guys know that you have recevied FP2 request? maybe I should contact my attorney? -Vivek

stop the check I think one way of doing it would be put a stop from the bank on those check's and when INS contacts you just tell them you have changed your mind!! Just a thought...do what you think is best. -laks

I could'nt help but notice that most of 2002 cases have recieved request for 2nd FP. I am a OCt 2002 RD and was wondering if I could give the 800 number a call and ask them to send me 2nd FP notices as well. any thought's?? laks

it aches Sometime you get a stupid person on line who will ask you for every detail like A#, Dates, EAC number. ITs best to keep a copy of your 485 receipt in front of you when you call. Same happened to me so next day I called again (with copy in front of me)and idiot never asked anything but...

Call USCIS Call the 800 number and confirm that they have changed your address on file. we actually got written notices from them confirming the address change. Maybe it helps..Also the last update date on my case changed to the date the letter was issued by USCIS. Regards, laks

Go Ahead I guess you should go ahead and buy your dream house..Trust god and things will automatically fall in place. We did the same for ourself's, really like our new house. We are still waiting on our approvals as well. Just remember not to share your immigration details with anyone...
