Hello Guys, Not to offend anyone here but I strongly believe the Preadjudication done for few cases for sure. I am one of the examples. My PD is Dec 2001. Before June Visa Bulletin the date was May 08, 2001. I got approval on June 6th. If there is no Preadjudication how come my case...
