    Finally approved I finally received the approval notice. It has been 1 year and 5 months after my case was transfered to Arlington office and more than 5 months after my interview. It is such a relief. Hope everyone else get your approval soon!

    EAD Renewal

    Yes, you can go to the office after 90 days since your check is cashed or receipt date. I was told that they will give you an appointment for the next wednesday. I am also waiting for EAD renewal from arlington. Let me know your experience. Thanks.

    I have not applied AP at arlington. But I need to renew my EAD again. Anyone knows how long it takes now in Arlington, and how early can we send the application? last time it takes me almost 4 months.

    you need to apply AP at arlington office. i remember you can apply it in person, but for EAD, you can only mail it. no news yet, I havn't contacted senator yet, don't know if it will be useful or not.

    SWaiting: I can feel the disappointment. It seems unlikely anything will happen quickly after the interview. I suspect it also depends on how often the officer decides to check and clean up old cases.

    I assume you can since the information should be in computer. and information officers on the second floor have access to the computer. they can type in your A-number and verify it immediately.

    I had a short interview. But the officer said they are still waiting information from FBI. There is no certain time frame. Everything else seems ok. The officer accepted the old medical copy. I have to keep waiting.

    sreenee: thanks. did the officer ask any document related to your I-140? (like company information, etc) swaiting: they didn't ask me for medical in the interview letter. maybe i will just take a copy of the old one.
