Hi Vipsha, Thanks for your suggestion. I have friends in CA and luckily my finger printing is done also only thing i have not got my EAD but for that i got iEAD also. I hope my lawyer agrees with your views of not letting INS know of change of address.

If you don't get your EAD within 90 days of I-485 receit date, you can go to the local INS office and get it. I don't know whether it would be valid without I-140 approval? Concurrent filing is very confusing procedure !!!

FP time... Would you tell me how much time it took for you to get the FP done without appt. ? Is there any good time to go there to avoid rush? What documents do you need?

If you were born in india then you have to get the birth certificate from there only? If you don't have one then your parents can do affidavits for that which you can use as a substitute for birth certificate.
