Never got any NOF...just a letter saying they can not approve the RIR application due to "deficiencies" in the application, so they have moved it to non-RIR... Does anyone have an answer for me ?;;((

SF DOL Times I have been told by my lawyer that the DOL times will become much faster in next few days. My receipt date is April 19, 2001 and he said I should get the labor approval within two months... Gurus, should I believe him ???? Has anyone else received similar indications ? :confused:
