Thanks for your reply! I am curious as to why the priority date can't be reused. From LC point there is no difference in EB2 or EB3 category right? So why should I not be able to reuse the priority date? My application would still be EB3, only the date would be as if it was filed 2 yrs...

Hello, I got my LC and I140 approved in EB2 category about 2 yrs back, and then I changed jobs. Now I am planning to apply for my LC again. Only this time it most likely will be in EB3 category. 2 questions: 1. can my priority date with EB2 be used with the Eb3 application? 2. If not...
