At the adjudication of a case it will either say that, or that the case has been approved. I gather they say written decision since they would need to state the reasons to you. They don't bother explaining anything when it is approved they just post the approval notice.

C'mon Ryan you know better than that... You are asking a very experienced INS officer to allow you to enter the USA permanently and you expect them to accept the fact that you appear to have wriiten the letters yourself? Regardless of what some members of this forum say these guys know...

Guys, I am NIW approved, but not in US. What do I put in for permanent address in US on DS-230? I do not have job or job offer and will have to satisfy public charge criteria. In this respect INS recommend you do not sell property etc until visa is issued. So I can't decide final matters...
