    If you check NSC board you will see quite a few approvals with same ND and RD at NSC. My RD 8/28/01 and ND 09/28/01. Receipt # is EAC-01-276-00. So this tells us that there are 278 working days between oct 1,2000 to sep 30, 2001. Do u all agree. Then we can check our dates.
