Get H1 stamped Though u'r question is not clear I assume that U used AP when u still had H1.U can send H1 to st louis for stamping , or if u r visiting u'r home country , then u can get stamped.No issues at all

I-485 approved ? or is pending ? If approved then it is not mandatory , but is safe to be with sponsoring employer for atleast 6 months.AC21 does not apply here if pending then yes u can use AC21, but hopefully if u'r I-485 does not get approved in 180 days , u r safe

Mine was assigned to officer on dec 17 and was approved on feb 12th.No RFE was issued for me , so if no RFE , then approximately 1-2 months I guess. All the best

My Kind advise will be dont bother contacting IIO if u want to get status on a case.Usually they dont lie , but info they give is of no use at all. If u want to verify some thing like change of address or something like that , u may want to contact IIO(AYYAYYO)

I-94 is needed I traveled on AP once and I was issued I-94, which has expiry date same as my AP expiry date.U dont have to send anything to INS , but u might need a I-94 asap.Go to local ofiice to obtain one.

H1 is fine If u have not used EAD , u can use H1 to travel. There is no problem in getting stamp from India.I did once while my I-485 was pending

U r not on h4 any more Since u have used EAD , u will have to use AP for traveling.

All time in H status counts toward the 6 year limit means She can work for another 2 year. Period she was in H4 also counts in her 6 year limit

Yes I have received courtesy copy of my approval from INS, but my spouse has not yet received letter from INS. Hold on for few more days and contact INS if after 14 days are passed.
