Better take the I-140 approval copy. I was asked for this in Newark for i-EAD. I donot know about Boston, but in Newark, they took the photos in immigration office itself.

It differs from case to case. Some times they ask for last 3 pay checks and sometimes last 3 to 6 months pay checks. Good luck.

Hanxing, Most of the RFE's are for Employement Letter, Recent Pay stubs, W2, Tax returns , Medical etc. They might ask for one, two or all these documents. Wait for RFE notice. Good Luck. RD02

decGC2001 I have been on H1 all the time. I have no idea why they asked for H1 approval notices. Infact they asked for all H4 approval notices of my wife also. We have never been on out of status.

amusk, Looks like there was some kind of problem with your 1st FP and that is why they have asked you go for 2nd FP. Nothing to worry. In my friend's wife case also she was aksed to go for FP 2nd time and it was okayed after 2nd FP. The message was same for her too. BTW is this your correct...

Spacesound, You will receive a receipt for each application and Separate EAC number is given by BCIS for each i.e. 485, EAD & AP. RD02
