I have only 7 months left in my H1-B 6 year’s limit. My company filed Labor in RIR-EB3 from Pittsburgh on Aug 1st 2002. Will I be eligible for H1-B 7th year extension if I file I140 and I485 concurrently after getting Labor certification? Please post your opinion. Thanks in advance.
