My case was approved on Sep. 3,2002
Because... My I-140 filed in NSC, but they told me 6 month ago they can not connect my I-140, I guess they sent it to a wrong place. I called IIO many times, I called senate office. Finally I recieved the Approval notice yesterday.- cpu_memory
