faith, I would advice you to call the Premanent Labor Office (212) 621-9374 and they would ask you the date of your case filing and when you say that it is April'26th, I am sure they would give you an update on your case..or guide in some direction. Good Luck..

PERM is the electronic solution to all the LC backlog that we have been running into. It is said that if implemented and the stress is on IF, it would make the LC as fast as within a couple of months as compared to a couple of years as it stands today. But then again, we have been hearing...

Unless the never happening PERM comes into play(expected in July'03), I think it's fair to say that 2002 cases, won't open anytime soon. Does anyone think different???

Yes, same here ...she said that NY SESA is expecting to clear them and that's what they say. Then again, they can say that and if they don't reach that by that time, say something else, so I guess need to waut and see. keep posting Thanks
