Thanks Tasse! Some people advised me to apply for AP anyway just to be on the safe side. Does anyone has experience of applying AP by themselves without going through a Lawyer? Just feel it may be cheaper/faster that way. How long it takes now to get approval? Used to be 1-2 months...

My Wife's H4 is expiring on Jan 30 2003. Our I-485 and H1 extension is pending and we haven't applied for AP. Can she leave the country and come back on Jan 26th before her H4 expires? Would there be any problems at the airport while entering as her H4 is valid for just 4 more days? Or...

I went at 12:00 AM. came out by 12:30 PM. Just asked for my Drivers License and FP Notice. Everything went very smoothly. JeeSee.
