Tammy2: Thanks for your information. I did not choose CP. Actually My lawyer filed my I-485 with OR I -140 receipt, not the NIW. I do not know if I can replace that receipt with NIW receipt and approval notice. Good luck to you.

I filed both NIW and OR for my I140. My I-485 was filed before I-140 approval. My I-485 was filed with the OR I-140 receipt. My NIW was approved. Can I use my NIW approval for filed I-485? what should I do? Any information is highly appreciated.
