Re: After stamping
Hello vijmas,
The online case status displays the same message for me.
The notice to appear for ADIT processing was presumably mailed on July 29th although I am still waiting for it.
I called BCIS and they couldn't shed any light on why I need to go for ADIT...
I have been asked to come for ADIT processing again.
Aaarghhh! The saga never ends.

On average an RFE is issued for about 50% of the cases. This not very scientific, just an educated guess from looking at the info in Rupnet.
As for time from receipt of evidence to adjudication, anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months or longer. Again check Rupnet by sorting the RFE column and AD...
Yes, it's a relief.
With the DHS up and running and the immigration process under greater scrutiny than before, it's a relief to have the I-485 application adjudicated favorably.
Hopefully adjudications will become more efficient and the ambitious target adjudication time frame of 6 months...
LIN numbers are based on ND not RD, the day the payment was accepted.
You could run a script to potentially check every conceivable number for the middle three digits, but after 100 tries it will lock you out.
The online status for my case was updated a week after we submitted the evidence.
Probably best to call and talk to an IIO.
Hope this helps.

IIO
Marc,
Assuming that you are correct and the IIO thought to herself "another #$%^! immigrant", how does it matter?
I don't care what she thought. She is not adjudicating my case. I asked a question and she provided an answer and I was satisfied. End of story.

IIO
Marc,
I talked to an IIO for the first time a few minutes ago and she was awfully nice.
She said my case went to an examiner two days ago and it'll take 2 -4 weeks for a decision.
I guess it depends on whom you talk to regarding the response you get.
Hang in there.

The order of processing is quite simple really.
(sarcasm on)
It's your receipt date multiplied by the age of the officer subtracted from the median temperature of the month in which you were born added to the weight of the application packet you submitted divided by the number of touchdowns...
