QUESTION ABOUT BIRTH CERTIFICATE I sent in the copy of my notarized BC when filing the 485, but it was notarized more than 8 years ago in China. Kind of wondering whether I should get another done before the INS send me the RFE. Anyone can answer my question ? Thanks.

No Title Thank you, Snysf. I guess your friend got it in RFE. According to my lawyer, employer-based 485 does not have to submit these. But what made the official request for these ? Is it just randomly picked up ?

Did anybody in NSC receive the RFE for W-2, tax return and last two pay stubs in 485 process ? I notice someone got it at CSC. Thanks !
