    LUD changed: RD 06/14/2004

    LUD for all petitions (140/485/765/131) changed today to 12/08/2004 with no change in the message, even though AP and EAD were approved back in July/August. Not sure what it means, especially as to why it changed for the two already approved applications (131/765)
