Can a self-sponsored EB1-EA concurrent I-140/I-485 petition be filed at any of the four service centers, even though the geographical area of the present job comes under VSC? If so, may be one could choose CSC as things seem to be moving very fast there?

Should we submit original letters of recommendation, or are xerox copies fine? My attorney is asking for the original letters for EB-OR. I am thinking of a self-sponsored EB-EA (in addition to the EB-OR) and might need to use xerox copies of the same letters.

Since my birth certificate does not have a name, a new certificate was obtained recently from the corporation in India. This new certificate has an issue date that is recent, and is not dated around the time of birth. Would this pose a problem? Thanks.
