Applied for 485 in Mid Nov, Have\'nt recieved the Reciept yet... So you are in a better position than I m .... LOL

It was applied at Vermont. Papers filed on Nov 15th. Did not recieve Reciept so far... Any Idea

RD- Nov 26 01, ND-Jan 17, 02 Got reciept on Jan 21. Its taking about 2 months on an average. Some get it earlier though. So sit tight and wait. You should be getting it in 2 months time. Infact, AP and 765 recipet was sent to me and 485 to my lawyer... Its now taking 360-390 days for 485 at NSC
