You can call the National Customer Service center to change the address for the pending applications.. Only the primary applicant can initiate the change for all applications.

We didn't do the 2nd FP yet. The status shows as RFE sent for my husband's case as he is the primary applicant and processing resumed ( after 1st FP ) for my case. We have an appointment to do the 2nd RFP on April 6th.

You still have to apply at CSC because that's where your 485 is pending. We moved from CA to IL and our lawyer sent our renewals to CSC and they were approved by CSC. In case your case has transferred to a local office, then I think you send them to the local office..but I am not sure though.
