    It is not a sticky problem. Just stay with the current employer for some time. If you want, you can just send an AC21 now. But I think not many of them are sending AC21 after Approval. I am one of them.

    We did our stamping in LA (Los Angeles) too on 10/19. My spouse got the card already. Mine is not even orderd yet. LUD changed again today.

    Can i use AC-21 in my CASE!!!

    I think incase if you get RFE while working BBB, then they have to give you the proper employment letter syaing after GC, we offer him the so and so position and salary what is mentioned in the LC. The offer you have got is little bit trouble some for GC (I think).

    Wow Very good. Congrats!!. Long journey is finally ended. Take an appointment for your self. In the mean time your spouse may get approved. You both can go on the same appointment.

    Approved April 2002. ? about infopass in CT

    Please fax the Inquirey saying 'you have done 2nd FP and the processing dates are moved to so and so.. date' and Sign the letter. Calling 1800.. number and intiating the Inquirey was not much helpful for me.

    Some times you will get that message. But just an FYI that You can only take one appointment from one computer. If you have not taken any, then keep trying.

    lets appeal for justice on behalf of early 2002 filers...

    Did your spouse got the 2nd finger print notice ? In my case my wife's 2nd FP notice took long time. When I sent an inquiry onec they sent me a response saying 'your case can't be processed until your spouse (derivative) completes 2nd FP. Then I have realized that why they holding my case.

    According to AC21, I don't have to work for 'Z'. It is like this: If I had to work for 'Z' then I can't use AC21 :D . But law say's, you can use AC21.

    Grish.. Company 'Z' is considerd my original employer as per the Merging. I changed the company Z to some other company (say 'A') 3 months ago (My first AC21). Hope you got it.
