medical esbee I also reced the same thing and I would prefer that u take it ,so that u remain on a safer side.

interview call has come I received the I-693 form from INS and also a list of INS approved doctors though I had sent them my MEDICAL REPORT.I think it might have expired so they told me to redo it. No employment letter ,paystub...... etc was asked. Hope my interview goes well and good...

Interview on Aug 5th Recieved the interview letter on July 21st and interview at Newark on Aug 5th. They have asked to bring passport, I 94, Medical and all other orginal documents supporting the application. Also they sent me the I 693 form and the list of INS doctors.

Julyfiler 03 Your case is special one cause I hav not heard anyone case being transferred like urs. Anyway did you receive any interview notice from INS ? Jus hope that it would sure be for ur good that it got transf. to Newark.

for junefiler2 First of all if the case is transf. then the lawyer will receive a notice that the "Case was Transf. " And later for interview it takes more than a month.

hey esbee My attorney reced a notice stating that the case was transferred like urs.He said that u got to wait for the interview which will be recevd might be within 2-4 weeks. Just hope it comes soon . Hope this will help u.

Hope this helps....... Sorry to say but I think DUI is offense but if they have not done any FINGERPRINTING you need not worry cause when the FP is done it will come. You should consult your lawyer ,criminal lawyer and also IIO and answer the Ques. and if you have said "NO" then don't worry...

abt transfers most of the cases are picked randomly and i do agree with the cases getting transferred to newark .It is after the FP just before the approval that it gets transf. and mine too is transferred to Newark .
