Rafiq, my suggestion is that you contact senator office once more. My previous 3 contact didn't work and this one worked. Toooldtowait, I returned back to H1(after 2 AP/EAD) and got my wife an H4 after I lost my confidence in greencard. So I824 is of no use.

Rafiq Happy new year! I hate to tell you that they still can issue another RFE. My second RFE was about employment verification(response received on dec17, same as LongLoangWait). If I lost my job, how dare I contacted senator to push them? But it's NSC, how can we rationalize them...

2nd rfe my document was complete, but I guess ins just didn't want to approve my case and sent out some frivolous RFEs. First was about general history of my stay in the US and second was about employment verification. 1st was received on Apr and 2nd received on Dec, 2nd FP done on Aug. I...

Any updates from you guys/gals, or merely lost hopes? I just returned from my vacation and found out on today(dec17) they received my second RFE(employment letter) response. Anyway, 480 days later they will process my case if I choose to believe what AVM said.
