Changing jobs to diff geographic locations From my experience, it's fine... I changed jobs from CA to Michigan, got RFE... and they approved it in 3 weeks.

Received Approval Notice Actually got it pretty quickly -- the AVM said case approved on 7/31, and got the notice yesterday, 8/3. It looks like things are moving again at CSC. You folks who've been waiting should get it very soon... Good luck everyone!

Job info for RFE Have any of you folks changed jobs and made that information official in the RFE? I'm wondering whether that impacts the INS's turnaround time (i.e. will they take longer to process an RFE with job change info as opposed to one where you're at the same job). Thanks!

Time to getRFE nologic Algo: It should only take 2-3 weeks to get RFE in the mail; but as with me, if you AND your lawyer have changed addresses, it could be more complicated. If you haven't gotten it at the 4-week, get your lawyer to get on INS' case about it... Also: my RFE was replied...
