Legible copy of birth certificate the copy i had sent was a bad copy, the original was printed on pink paper. photocopies of pink colored paper always turn out pretty bad. Anyway, the INS asked me to send a ligible copy. I recopied on a better copy machine and send back - thats it.

Maddi, What are you talking about!!! What are talking about...I have not mislead anybody. I was only clarifying that my case is indeed a Nov case. There seemed to be some confusion around that in some posts. Why would you be happy that I got an RFE? I hope you, like me and everyone else...

I think RD is actually ND in this case While ther is no 1 to 1 relationship between ND & RD. I think EAC 02-049 for late Nov RD looks incorrect.

Thats what I thought too...but Could be photos but the funny thing is that I used the same set of photos for AP renewal which came through. The other strange thing is that even my wife has the RFE. The possibility of both of our photos being improper seems remote :confused:

I just saw that an RFE has been issued for my EAD Renewal. Any idea why this could have been issued. I also sent AP renewal at the same time and got approval for that. Even my wife's EAD renewal has the same RFE... :confused:
