I was in J1 visa for two years and have got waiver. My I-140 EB1(EA) has just been approved. My questions is if I file I-485, do I need tax return form for the two-year of J1? It is known that J1 holders are tax free, would IAP-66 form be enough?

The VSC said in its reponse that "there were not enough letters from people outside of my cirsle or from the major research center". In fact I have provided 11 letters first time (3 USA, 4 Germany, 2 Japan, 2 Chinese). Doese any boday have any idea how to adress this...
