All, I was in J1 visa for two years and have got waiver. My I-140 EB1(EA) has just been approved. My questions is if I file I-485, do I need tax return form for the two-year of J1? It is known that J1 holders are tax free, would IAP-66 form be enough? Thanks you very much. SAMP
