I read that in other forum, but can you please explain more on that? How come it is not legally binding? Why the form then?

That sounds like dangerous and could cause application denial. You might need to go for the "temporary" job. Then come back and apply in a year or two to be safe OR apply for the citizenship and get the passport THEN travel for your job.
