I have an I-140 approved for a labor from Southern CA and another I-140 is pending for the Labor from Northen CA. Can I apply for I-485 for the I-140 approved from Southern CA and link the I-140 that is pending from Northen CA.
I need to do this to avoid the risk of my I-485 getting approved...
