    No Title I saw one person with ND 8/1 and one with ND 8/10 got approved so far. It seems they are moving gradually but slowly.

    INS stops processing??? I just saw it from another person\'s posting, is that true? I know that INS is going to reorg, would that affect the processing time? I haven\'t seen any I140 approvals these days, any news?

    No Title CSC has made some progress on EB3, they are processing the cases before 8/13, but no luck with EB1 or EB2. Very frustrated!

    No Title My lawyer told me the INS is taking approximately 5 to 6 months to process I-140 petitions.

    Same here I checked with CSC about my case. They don\'t reveal anything to me since I am beneficiary not petitioner.

    No Title I just got the chance to talk with an officer, but I was told that they only talk with employer not the individual applicant:).

    Yes, his/her statement is correct. You will have a choice to go either for Adjustment of Status or Consular Processing. It is up to you. If it was filed with AOS, it will be more difficult to select CP later.
