If my case is pending here in CA, can I go to work in New Jersey just for the summer or I need to be in CA all the time? Its just for the summer. I will be eligible to file for work permit on June so will I have any trouble travelling before that in flight or anything?- troubledlife

Expired OPT and I589
When I applied for asylum(Anaheim) in December 2012, I was still in status. My OPT(bachelors) expired on Feb 2013. So, I have 60 days grace period to get an I20 and 150 days to start the class. I am still waiting for my interview date. I tried to inquire but everytime, all I get is " You will be...- troubledlife
